Cancellation Policy

1. Prior to and including February 27, 2026  : Cancellations received in writing by Sandra Skivsky (sskivsky@canadamasonrycentre.com) will be refunded the registration fee less a $100 administration fee.
2. After February 27, 2026, : Cancellations received after February 27, 2026, will be charged the full registration fee with no refunds.
3. No Shows: Any registered member or their guest who is a no-show is responsible for 100% of the registration fee.
4. Hotel: Cancellation of hotel accommodations is the sole responsibility of the registrant and is not included in this policy.
