Cancellation Policy
- Prior to and including January 19th, 2024: Cancellations received in writing by Sandra Skivsky (sskivsky@canadamasonrycentre.com) will be refunded the registration fee less a $100 administration fee.
- After January 19th, 2024: Cancellations received after January 19, 2014, will be charged the full registration fee with no refunds.
- No Shows: Any registered no-show member is responsible for 100% of the registration fee.
- Hotel: Cancellation of hotel accommodations is the sole responsibility of the registrant and is not included in this policy.
- To have a valid registration for the CMCA 2024 conference the attendee must have rooms booked at the Westin Beach Resort and Spa at Frenchman’s Beach for 4 nights (Sunday Feb 25, 2024 to Wednesday Feb 28, 2024).
